Using the web store: In order to make a purchase, you must register in the web store. This will become available after a quick registration and you can start shopping. You will find each product category in the left column or header on the main page. Below these are submenus if the product group has it. On the products page, you can see the product name, manufacturer, ID, stock information, consumer price, product description, and product image. Once in stock you can simply select how much you want from it and put it in the cart. If the desired quantity is not in stock, you can only load as much as you can in stock. If you want to indicate that you need more pieces of the product, let us know by email or phone. If you have found everything and put it in the cart, select the Payment option. Here you can finalize your order and select the payment and delivery method. As our company is subject to VAT, of course all orders are exclusive of VAT and must be settled without VAT. So NO VAT!
If you have submitted your order and have chosen the cash on delivery option, our colleague will contact you at the telephone number you provided to reconcile the details. Therefore, it is important that you provide a real phone number because otherwise if we cannot reach you, we will cancel your order. This is done on weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm.
If you choose the transfer option, after receiving the money, our colleague will arrange the mailing address with you and we will mail your order "but only in case of receipt received by 12 noon" on the same day! Otherwise we will mail the next morning. As our warehouses in Austria and Serbia are close to the border, we can keep the terms of delivery and mail orders from the Hungarian Post Office.
